Samsung launches Gear S2, Classic in India

Electronic giant Samsung has launched its most awaited Samsung Gear S2, a sleek and smart wearable which enables the users to augment and personalize their mobile experience and lifestyle.

The newly-launched Gear S2 boasts of a smart circular design with an intuitive, customized UI and cutting edge features. The device available in two different options, the Gear S2 and the Gear S2 Classic, is an ideal gadget for those who are on-the-go and have an admiration for minimal and modern design.

Samsung Gear S2 is a true testimony to our commitment to provide breakthrough technology to make lives of our consumers better.”

The Gear S2 has been developed further in partnership with Samsung’s R and D Center, Samsung Research Institute (Bangalore) as well as Indian third party partners to cater to the specific needs of Indian consumers.

The device supports latest Tizen OS and an optimized 1-GHz dual core processor, the Samsung Gear S2 can perform tasks easily and efficiently. It is compatible with all Android devices ( Kitkatversion) with minimum RAM of 1.5 GB.

Equipped with a 250mAh battery, lasting up to one to two days, this gadget allows the users to stay connected on-the-go without the hassle of constantly having to recharge.

Available in a dark grey and silver case with a sporty band, the Samsung Gear S2 Classic will be available in a black case with a leather band at a price of Rs. 25,800, whereas the Gear S2 can be availed at Rs. 24,300. (ANI)
