LAVA International Limited unveiled its Flair series of entry level smartphones which is targeted at first time smartphone users. Flair P1 will come with the Android KitKat v4.4, 4″ WVGA Display and 3G. Three more smartphones are expected to be launched under this series in the coming months.
The LAVA Flair P1 is powered by a 1 GHz processor. Furthermore, the smartphone comes with a stunning 4 Inch WVGA TFT display with a 480×800 pixels resolution supporting 16 million colours.
LAVA Flair P1 is powered by 2GB ROM which is expandable up to 32 GB via micro-SD card and 256MB RAM. Flair P1 has a 2 Mega Pixel rear camera coupled with front facing VGA camera.
On connectivity front, Flair P1 comes with 3G connectivity apart from 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1, and USB 2.0. The phone packs a 1400 mAh battery providing back up for multimedia payback, talk-time and stand-by. It also supports H.263, H.264, and MPEG4 Video codecs and an Android Video Player.
LAVA Flair P1 is available in two colours black and white and will be available at a price of Rs.3, 399 pan India, across retail stores, multi-brand outlets and online stores.
The dual-SIM Iris 100 Lite runs dated Android 2.3 Gingerbread. It comes with a 4-inch (480×800 pixels) WVGA TFT display offering a pixel density of 231ppi. The smartphone is powered by a 1GHz single-core (Cortex A5) processor coupled with 256MB of RAM. It comes with 512MB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). It sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, while there is a secondary 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera also on board. On the connectivity front, the Lava Iris 100 Lite offers GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth options. Unfortunately, there is no 3G connectivity support.
